ASSOCIATION.
ST. JOHN'S CLUB MEETING. The annual meeting of St. John's Association Club was held in St. John's Classroom on Tuesday evening. Mr. E. K. Lomas presided, nnd there was a good attendance of members. The annual report and balance-sheet were read nnd adopted, the latter showing a balance of .£1 4s. After the usual business of electing new members and officers for this season, business of n more general description was dealt with. Honorary members were elected, and among other matters, it was decided to further the club's prospects by renting a gymnasium for training, and also to obtnin coaches for the different teams. When the meeting closed, after a vote of thanks to the chairman and retiring officers, it vras felt that the club's prospects, looked very promising for the.forthcoming season. ■ ■ .
