More trouble has occurred at Lawrence, Massachusetts, where the foreign residents recently turned on the police for taking children, whose parents were imprisoned in connection.with a strike, to the police station. Shots were fired at tho police from a tenement house, and this led to reprisals on tho. policemen's behalf. Thousands of strikers paraded the streets, singing the international song. Police reinforcements were called, and dozens of arrests wero effected. Two men wore wounded during the jhooting.
