GALLOPS AT WANGANUI,
(By Telecrabh.-Presß Association.! Wanganui, February 2G. There was beautiful weather for tho gallons this morning. Dearest, ridden by 11. Telford; Tail 11 mile? and a half in 2nnn. 42see., finishing strongly. lioyal Arms wont seven furlongs 111 Imin. 20 3-s?ec., and lioyal Scotch six furlongs in lmin. lGisec. St. Petersburg and St. Felix covered a mile together at a solid pace. Autummis and Stepney went four furlongs fast, and so did Dirge and Aloha. Midnight Sun covered a mile and five furlongs fast, the first live in lmin. Ijscc.; ho was picked up by Grandee over the Inst seven, the pair finishing together. It was a good working gallop. Domino, in great heart, went two circuits, finishing strongly. Golden Loop galloped six furlongs in lmin. 15 4-ssee.—the best gallop of the morning. Master Sylvia went five furlongs in lmin. 3.2-ssec., and Theodore ran seven in Imin. 32scc., the last six in lmin. 2G 2-ssec.
