MIXED MARRIAGES.
ACTION BY THE CANADIAN GOVERNMENT. B} 'i-eUwaph-Prcss Association—GopjrlKht Ottawa, February 23. The Canadian Government has referred the Nβ Temere decree on mixed marriages to the Supreme Court of the Dominion, asking it to decido whether the laws of the province of Quebec render null and void, unless contracted before a Roman Catholic priest, a marriage that would underwise bo legally binding.
