In connection with the first compulsory training camp of the Wellington Gnrrison Artillery Division, which commences on March 2 next, instructions lravo boon received, from .<Mstri.ct,Ji('ml(|!iarrers at Palwerstoii North that nil those whose names are on the roll will bo expected to attend, unless prevented by ill-health, duly certified to by medical certificate. The names of those who do not attend the camp are to be handed to the police authorities to be dealt with.
