ADVISING THE FARMER. Tho Martoh . branch of the Farmers', Union sent circulars out a few months ago, inquiring ns to possible yields, and the result, says an exchange, "is the following' resolution:—(l) "That iii view of tho fact that oats are likely to be scarce, it is advisable to thresh all heavy-headed crops/ Oats will probably hot drop below 2s. Cd. per .bushel, and therefore many crops will pay better to thresh than ;t,o sell ns chaff at less than .£3 ss. per ton; (2) is quite safe for farmers to hold their wheat this season unless *ts. .per'bushel' or over is offered; (3) that tho price of barley should not bo less thau 3s. 6di per bushel,"
