NO CAUSE FOR ALARM,

Mr. Birrell, Chief Secretary for Ireland, in speaking at Bristol, paid the Premier would introduce a Home Rule Bill. Tho Protestants of Ulster were quite right in Buying they would fight for their religion and property, but there was no great occasion to begin drilling immediately. If their religion was oppressed or (heir property despoiled they would find the whole, forces of the Empire and tho unimpaired supremacy of tho Imperial Parliament behind them.
EXPECTED BEFORE EASTER. (Ree. February 23, 9.40 p.m.) London, Fobruary 23. Tho Irish Nationalists anticipate that tho Homo Rulo Bill will be introduced before Easter in order to enablo the party's National Convention at Dublin to discuss tho mensure during tho Easter vacation.
