In the Legislative Assembly to-day Mr. Levien gavo notice of his intention of moving, his amended consuro motion on the Speaker (Mr. Willis on Monday, in the following form :—"That beoauso of his partiality to Ministerialists nnd unfair treatment of Oppositionists, the Speaker (Mr. Willis) has forfeited the confidence of this House."
