A few minutes beTHE OPPOSITION (Mr. Massey) interrupted the presentation of a contentious point by the member for Grey Lynn by drawing the attention of the Speaker to a ruling by hir Maurico O'ltorko that "n wnnt-or-conh-dence motion is always considered to supersede overv other matter until it is disposed of." 'Mr. Massey said it was craite evident that there was an intention on the part of a' number of members to waste time.
