In future that particular portion of tho city by-law covering tho use of municipal library books by sick persons will bo printed on tho labels, and the librarian will be empowered to refuse a book W Iwoks to any hospital patient unless such patient has a written order signed by (he matron or medical superintendent of the hospital, to tho effect that a book may lie issued to the patient without risk of infection to the public.
