THIRTY THOUSAND BALES BURNED. By Telegraph—Press AEsociation—Oopyrleht Calcutta, February 20. A fire in a Bombay cotton green destroyed a quarter of a million pounds' worth of cotton, chiefiy owned by a Japanese trading company. (Rec. February 22, 0.35 a.m.) Bombay, February 21. Thirty thousand bales of cotton wore burned or damaged in the fire. Trade has been seriously dislocated, as tho crop is small.
