NO TRANSFER. His Honour Mr. Justice Chapman yesterday delivered reserved judgment in tho O'Kourke v. His Honour dismissed the application, holding that O'Jtourkc had not adduced sullicierit reasons or evidence in support of his contention that tho action of the board in refusing confirmation of the transfer had been unwarranted.
Counsel for tho plaintiff was Mr. C. H. Murison, while tbe Jkaroa kind Jloard was represented by Mr. J. W. Salinond. Ihc question of costs was reserved.
