(From Our Special Correspondents.) Wanganui, February 19.—The weather in flic early morning was showery, but. later, the rain cleared, aod a southerly breeze sprang up. Present appearances, however, are for more showery weather. Fcilding, February 12.—ltain fell early in the morning; fiue but windy day; night chilly. Otaki, February 19.—Heavy rain last night and this morning, followed by sun and wind. KainfaU to 9 a.m. to-day for pravious 24 hours, .22 inch. Fefl.ther.ston, February 19.—Fine day, with passing clouds; N.W. wind. Carterton, February 19— The weather is fine, but windy; a little rain fell early in the morning, but soon cleared off. Greytoirn, February 19.—Rain at intervals, and cold niehts. Hastings, February 19.—T0-day has bc?n fine, with warm wind.
