0 SUMMARY AND FORECAST Present indications arc for high westerly winds, veering to southerly with cold, unsettled and showery weather generally. The barometer will probably riro everywhere shortly. The barometer has fallen low in the southern districts under the influence of a westerly low pressure. Increasing westerly winds have prevailed with changeable weather. D. C. BATES.
