FEILDING RAM FAIR
(Ey TeleEraph-Prcss Association.! Feilding, February H. The Feilding annual ram fair to-day comprised mostly Romneys, for which there was a very poor demand. The highest price was fifteen .guineas for a one-shear ram sold by Mr! F,. Short. Flock Romneys did not average four guineas, but Southdowns were in much bettor demand, averaging five guineas. Lincolns were also in good demand, bringing np to 8i guineas, with an average of four guineas. To stand all the knocks and bumps your cans get on their journeys to and from the factory, there must be no flaws in the making. The bottom especially should bo solid, and the lids must be rain and dust-proof. The cans I make fulfil all these requirements, and every lid fits every can. For particulars of reliable cans, write to Albert J. Parton, Registered Plumber, Carterton.—Advt, Chick-rearing is not only profitable, but a pleasure, when you feed "A and P." Chick Raiser. It is a comnlete and properly-blended food for Young Chicks. Obtainable from all storekeeners.—Advt.
