AUSTRALIAN YOUTHS PUNISHED. By Telegraph—Prcsn Association—Copjrlcht (Rcc. February 9, 11.35 p.m.) Sydney, February 9. The military fuiHiorftics are adopting drastic action with cadets who fail to attcnil drills under the Defence Act. Eleven who had not attended since July were committed to confinement for a term corresponding to Die period the drills should have occupied, and were ordered to pay IGs. Cd. costs each.
