Gray, Corporal F. A. Hellaby. Tho appointment of Quartermaster-Ser-geant J. T. Graham as 2nd Lieutenant is conceited. Quartermaster-Sergeant J. T. Graham to bo Quartermaster, with the honorary rank of lieutenant. Supernumerary 2nd Lieutenant H. J. Gillmoro is absorbed into the establishment, rice Graham appointed quartermaster. sth Regiment (Wellington Rifles); Major C. D. Mackintosh, T.D., retires with tho honorary rank of LieutenantColonel, and with permission to wear the prescribed uniform. 0. K. F. Johnston to bo lieutenant. 9th Regiment (Wellington East Coast Rifles). Lieutenant ,T. Captain J. Brown, Reserve of Officers, resigns his commission. 15th (North Auckland) Regimont, J. AV. Silcock to be 2nd lieutenant Now Zealand Field Artillery. Captain J. 13. Andrew resigns his commission. New Zealand Garrison Artillery. Corporal AV. It. Johnson to be 2nd lieutenant supernumerary to the establishment. Unattached List (Senior Cadets). Lieutenant P. W.
