MANY PEOPLE AND CATTLE DROWNED. By Telegraph—Press Association—CopyrljM Madrid, February 7. There har© been great storms in Spain and Portugal. The Guadalquivir River rose 3Gft. above its normal level. There have also been extensive floods in Seville, Cadiz, and Corunna. Houses collapsed and many people and cattle were drowned. There have been numerous wrecks, and sixty towns in Cordoba are without light.
