BREACH OF CONTRACT.
0 SUIT AGAINST YOUNG GIUY. By Teleeraph—Press Association—Oopylghl London, February 7. Eoberts is suing Gray for a breach of a contract • signed in 1910. Tho High Court has ordered that the trial should not be postponed, despite the difficulties in connection with tho affidavits, owing to Gray's father being unable to remember whether his son was born in 1891 or 1892. He has sent to Australia for the birth certificate.
