EMPEROR'S FUTURE POSITION,

The Republican party's Cabinet has approved of the tonus of the Emperor '» abdication with Might modifications. The Emperor will in future bo known as the Kmperor of the Manchus, and will reside at the outset in the Forbidden City and oventually at the Summer PalaceThe Chinese will show him due courtesy, but not fealty or obedience. The Republic will supply him with a bodyguard and the present palace stall's will bo retained. Tile Kmperor will annually receive four million dollars, as taels will be abolished when the currency is reformed. All the private property of the Kmperor and the Matichu and Tibetan Mongol Princes will be respected.
