♦ STRONG REMARKS BY REGISTRAR. By Teleeraph—Prosa Association—Gtsyrleht (Rec. February 8, 11.10 p.m.) London, February 8. The discharge of Sydney Bowron, -who was involved in the bankruptcy of Bowron Bros., and who was acquitted on a charge of defrauding Booth Bros, of .828,000, has -been suspended for four years. The Registrar declared it one of the worst cases of trading when the trader knew ho was insolvent. The proved claims amount to .£271,000, and the realisable assets to about .£10,300.
