Tho chairman said there was good cause for complaint. While the company whs culleel on to pay heavy rates, ilie nnnicipnl department bt electricity was rot Cjinrged rates at all. The ratepayers were boiiiff enmpelled to contribute to tho cost of electricity, which they do not use, and one penny per thousand cubic foot for gas, which they do lire.
