A team of ten men from the Karori Riflo Club fired a match against an Upper Hutt team on Saturday, ten shots at 500 and 600 yards. The Suburbs Defence Rifle Club visited Trentham for long-range shooting, at ranges 800 and 1000 yards, ten shot-match. Rifleman J. Given was top with 46 at 800 and 43 at 1000 yards-89.
