O'Leary, was remanded till to-dav on a charge of being an idle and disorderly person: Hail was allowed. Arthur Joseph Wicks was charged with a certain assault Mr. Modioli appeared for him. and a remand till Wednesday was granted. Bail was fixed at ,£SO.
