The British Medical Association's Reform Committee has drafted an amending Insurance Bill providing that no person, with an incomo exceeding .£lOl per annum shall bo entitled to medical benefits, and that no one with an income below ,£65 per year shall be excluded. The minimum capitation fee for doctors is fixed at ten shillings.
