TO-DAY'S DINNER.
[Specially written for The Dominion.l SATURDAY. Veal cutlets and bacon. French beans. I'otatoes. Apple sago mould. SUNDAY. Tomato soup. Roast lamb. Mint sauce. Teas. Potatoes. Date pudding. Fruit salad. SUPPER, Cold lamb. Mayonnaise of lobster. Salad. .Raspberry jelly. Vanilla cream. APPLE SAGO MOULD. Soak 4oz. of washed sago in 1£ pints of cold water, and then simmer gently until thick and transparent. Stew lib. apples when sliced with tho rind and juice of a lemon to a. pulp, add sugar to taste. Mix tho apple and sugo, pour into a wet' mould. When firm turn <sut and servo with cornflour custard round.
