. ; GUILTY OF MISFEASANCE. By Teleeranh—Frew A«»ocU.tlon-C«Drriekl London, February 1. Horatio Bottomley has been ordered to pay J-3G.773 to the Joint Stock Trust and Finance Corporation. ' Judge Eady declared that Bottomley was guilty of misfeasance and a breach of trust by transferring shares as fully paid whereon nothing had* been paid. Out of 117,092 shares he sold 115,242 for his own benefit.
