BOTTOMLEY'S BANKRUPTCY.

AN OFFER SUBMITTED. By Telectaph-Prees Assootitten-Copyrighl London, January 29. Horatio Bottomley has submitted an offer guaranteeing at least 7s. Gd in the £. On December 7 last Mr. Bottomley, M.P., attended at the London Bankruptcy Court aiftl applied for a receiving order for the protection of his estate.' On July 31 last the Court of Appeal upheld a judgment tor .£50,000 given against him in the Lower Court. Since then Mr. Bottomley has been cast for damages in other largo sums. In applying for a receiving order he stated that ho desires to nut an end to the litigation with which he bad been surrounded for so long.
