EFFECT OF VICTORY ON BRITISH LABOUR PARTY. By Telegraph-Press AssoclAtlon-Copyrlght • London, January 29. Mr. A. Henderson, Labour M.P. for Barnard Castle Division of Durham, speaking at Stafford, said the Socialist victory in Germany had inspired the Labour party in Great Britain not to rest until it had secured a similar position in the British Parliament. If the Government Departments continue to be unsympathetic towards fair wages, the Government would be shaken to its foundation.
