DEFINITE DECISION,

At a conference betwten Hie Auckland 1 Chamber of Commerce and the. Industrial Association to-day, the question of holding an exhibition in Auckland next year was discussed.
„ T ,''.f. °f holding an International Mnibition was disnuEscd as impracticable, and a resolution was carried affirming thn desirableness of holding an industrial exhibition in Auckland in 1913. The exhibition is to embrace manufactures from all parts of New Zealand. The executives of the two bodtes were constituted a committee to take further action in the matter.
It was stated that a communication had been .received by the Auckland Industrial Association from the Canterburr Industrial Association in regard to a proposed exhibition at Christchureh, and that a reply had been sent stating that, as Auckland was considered to have a prior claim, the proposal could not Iμ supported.
