(Spooiilljr written for Th« Domihioh.l TDESDAT. Roast Lamb, Mint Stiuco. Potatoes. Peas. Strawberry Pool. STRAWBERRY FOOL, lib. strawberries, J pint custard, 2 tablospoonfuls cream, 3oz. castor sugar, a fow drops of carmine, a few drops of lemon juice. Mako } pint of custnrd with 3 yolks of eggs and 1 white and J pint milk. When tho custard is cold mix it with the strawberries (which liavo been rubbed through a hair 6ieve). Add the crcam, colouring, sugar, and a few drops of lomon juico. Serve ns usual. FOR TO-MORROW. Salad.' Fruit. Pastry. Checes,
