[Specially written for Tnis Dovisios.l Mutton cutlets. Baked tomatoes. Potatoes. I'each pudding Cream. FOR TO-MORROW. Tomato soup. Roast forcquarior of lamb. Potatoes. Peas. Apricot tart. I. renin. linked marmalade custard pudding. MARMALADE CUSTARD PUDDING. Two ounces breadcrumb.-. 1"Z- castor sugar, ioz. butter, '.-pint milk, J-pmt marmalade, 2 eggs (yolks and whites separated). Cream the butter and sugar until white, and beat in the yolks of eggs, ono at a time. Add the breadcrumbs and milk, and lastly the slilfly-whi.-kiul whites «f eggs. Put a layer of the mixture m a well-buttered piedUh. spread this with marmalade, cover with custard, and proceed in this way until Ihu dish is full. The top laypr should bo custard. Hake in a very moderate oven for three-quarters of an hour; serve either hot or cold. Any kind of jam may be us2il instead of marmalade.
