SOLWAY STOCK SALES.
We have been requested by the Associated Auctioneers to draw attention to the fact that the Sohray stock sales in future will commence at 12.30 o'clock punctually.' It is stated that at the request of a number of buyers that arrangements will be made, for a conveyance to leave the Masturton Post Office for the salcyards at stated intervals during the morning, and to return, alter the pale, conveying passengers at a cost of sixpence each ray. ' RANGITIKEI LAND SALE. Messrs. Dalgety ond Company, Ltd., will offer for sale by public auction on Wednesday, January 31, at the Oddfellows' Hall, Stafford Street, Feilding, two tine properties, on account of the trustees of the late Duncan 11'Kenzie. The Cheltenham property, consisting of 200 acres, is described as being all rich, level dairying land, situated close to the Cheltenham Dairy Factory, and comprising some of the very best dairying laud in the- district. The property of 170 acres, situated in tho famous Sanson district, 'which is noted for its marvellous crops of ryegrass, is stated to be an ideal croppii.'g, fattening, or dnirying farm. As tho trustees are desirous of winding up the estate, they have decided to sdl these h'no properties. The. terms, which have been slightly altered, are exceptionally easy, viz., ten per cent, on fall of hammer, ten por cent, in six months, fifteen per cent, iu two years, and balance can remain for five years nt five per cent from date of sale.
