CORDIALLY WELCOMED. RECEIVED BY THE TSAE. Sy TelesraDh—Press Association—CoDyrieht SI. Petersburg, January 20. A banquet was tendered Embassy to the visiting inember3 of the British Parliament. Tho Premier (M. Kokovtsoff), all the Ministers, and many members of Council of Empire Duma were present. The Right , Hon. Thomas Buchanan, M.P., in toasting tho Tsar, said the King had commanded' him to express a hope that such visits would draw the entente closer. M. Kokovtsoff made a cordial reply. Tho Tsar received tho deputation in audience at the Palace, and afterwards dignitaries of the court entertained them at luncheon. . , The public everywhere is receiving the 'deputation with marvellous enthusiasm.
