* ALLOWS TRAWLER TO ESCAPE. By Telegraph—Press Association—CopTrishl London, January 25. The cruiser Vigilant arrested an Ostend trawler for being in the prohibited area of the Firth of Clyde. While both were anchored at Campbeltown, the trawler slipped her anchors, extinguished her lights, and escaped.
