A NEW PLYMOUTH COMPLAINT. ffij Toleeracb.—Press t Association.! New Plymouth, January 20. Dr. Crossley, in instituting the li«v. A. H. Colvillo to the living of St. Mary's, asked whore ho was going to find clergy for the dioocso, which had lost five vicars. The vacaucios had to be filled from their own ranks and it remained to bo seen how long this unfortunate drain would go on. He complained that some of the graduates of St. John's College qualified for the ministry, but did not serve. Funds were wanted without delay. The diocese wanted two men each year from St. John's for i.lu-eo years to come. New Plymouth was an ideal training ground for curates which could absorb tliroo additional men.
