TECHNICAL SCHOOL.
The monthly meeting of tho Wellington Technical School Board was held last evening, there being present: >Ir. D. Robertson (chairman), and Messrs. J. G. W. Aitken, J. P. Luke, J. E. Fitzgerald, and W. H. Field.
The statement of finances disclosed a credit balaace of .£l3O 10s.
Tlie resignation of Mr. R. H. Cunningham, workshops assistant at the school, was accepted with regret. The matter of temporary supply was left in the hands of the director (Mr. W. S. La Trobe). It was also reported that Mr. W. H. Buswell, instructor et the Civil Service and junior trades' evening classes in electricity, and magnetism, had been appointed to a position under the Gisborne Borough Council, and that Miss J. Beade, assistant instructor at the cookery classes, had resigned her appointment. It was decided to advertise for applications for tho vacant positions.
