(Specially Written for The Dominion.) FRIDAY. Bated Stuffed schnappcr. Grilled steak and tomatjos. I'otatoos. Apple and sult.ina roly-poly pudding. apple and sultana eoly-polt pudding. Half-poiind met paste, a large apples, 3e?,. sultanas, 2oz. Demenua sugar. l'epl, core, and slice tlio apples. 8011, out the suet paste to an oblong shape about oi.othird i;f an inch thick. Spread the apple-; over the surface of the paste, and sprinkle the sugar and sultanas over them. Damp the edges wit'i water, and roll up. .Tie the roll rather loosely in a dry cloth, aud boil two hours. Turn out the pudding on to a hot dish and serve at 'ones. • POR TO-MORROW. Two pounds mutton cutlets. Tomatoes. Peaches. Suet. FOR SUNDAY. Tomatoes. Stock. Fore-quarter of lamb. Peas. Apricots. Pastry. Cream. FOR SUPPER. 21b. veal, Jib. ham. Pastry. Salad Peaches. C'rcom.
