ELECTION EJECTMENT
CARRIED INTO COURT. fßy Telceraph-PreES AssoeUtlon.l Dannevlrke, January 25, At the Police Court this morning, before Mr. M'Cartliy, S.M., Harry Montoith claimed .£lOl damages for ejectment from the Drill Hull by William Frame on the occasion or Sir Joseph \\ ard's visit in December last. The defence was that the plaintiff's interruptions justified his ejectment, and no more force was used than was necessary. Judgment was given for defendant, with costs-.
A similar action against lan Simpson, for assisting in Montoith's ejectment, was also dismissed, with costs.
