ANTI-HOME RULE.
SIR E. CARSON'S SPEECH. Dy Telecraph-Prees Association— Cesyrlehl (Rec. January 23, 9.35 p.m.) London, January 23. Sir Edward Carson (member for Dublin University) at Liverpool opened the Lancashire anti-Home Rule campaign. He said the Government's insults had culminated in a deliberate attempt to provoke disorder or cover Ulster with contempt. Ulster Unionists would have been false to tJteir principles had they come to any other decision, and added the cost might, be groat and the suffering terrible, but they were determined to see the matter through.
