ECUADOR'S CIVIL WAR. By Tolesraph—Press Association—Copyrlebt Guayaquil, January 21. All night there was fighting in tho streets. A section of General Alfaro's troops defeated General Plaza, a supporter of the Quito Government. Tho losses on both sides wero severe. The inhabitants are in a state of panic, fearing that General Andrade, who also supports the Quito Government, will attack the city.
