CONFERENCE STILL SITTING. Contrary to the generally-expressed opinion the shipowners and the searae® now in conference failed to settle their differences yesterday, and they meet again this morning. No information is available as to wlint the e-hiof points of disagreement arc, but the time for which it lms been necessity lo discuss them is sufficient indication that everything is not running smoothly.
