A GENERAL INSURRECTION. By Telcerarh—Pre3s Association—OoarrteM Peking, January 17. One of the bomb-throwers, a native of Kwei-Chau, declares that Yuan-Shih-ICai's assassination irns the prearranged fcignal for a general insurrection in Peking. A search of the houses in the quarter revealed a bomb factory, and led to the arrest of othor men, who had bombs concealed in their clothing.
