$ EIGHT MEN KILLED AND OTHERS MISSING. By Teleeraph—Press A ssociation—C6Dyricht Berlin, January 16. A disastrous expiosion occurred at a blast furnace at Dinsburg. Eight persons were killed and four injured. (Rec. January 17, 11.15 p.m.) Berlin, January 17. Tho explosion is attributed to a portion of molten iron ore becoming- set in tho upper portion of the furnace, and forming a vacuum sufficient to burst tho furnace. Eight men wore instantly engulfed in a torrent of metal. Others are, missing, and it is believed they are beneath the ruins of the furnace.
