Tivo tablespoonfuls.of flour, one t«aspounful of mustard, two eggs (whites only), one ounce grated ckeose, half a teacup of milk, salt. Beat up the Hour, mustard, milk, and a little salt. Add the grated cheese, with the whites beaten stiff. Drop from a dessertspoon into boiling fat. and fry a golden brown. Drain and serve on a napkin.' FOR TO-MORROW. Cold roast inuttcn. Cooked ham. French . beans. . Potatoes.' Parsley. Herbs.
