Tho Governor read an address on behalf of the Legislative Council which was suitably acknowledged. Their Majesties embarked on the steamer Medina, a saluto of 101 guns being fired. A VISIT TO PARIS AND BERLIN. Berlin, January 11. It is semi-offlcially reported that the King and Queen of England will visit Paris in the spring, and thencc proceed to Berlin.
