GREAT DEMONSTRATION.
London, January 7. A great anti-Homo Rule demonstration of protest took plac-o at Omagh. Twenty thousand parsons filed past a platfoTm, on which were tho speakers. The Marquis of Hamilton and Sir Edward Carsßn, K.C., M.P., made rousing speeches against separation. Throats of violent resistance to tho Redmonds' yoke were made.
LESS OPTIMISTIC. SPEECH BY A NATIONALIST M.P. (Rec. January 8, 10.10 p.ni.) London, January 8. Sir T. Grattan Esmondo (Nationalist) Member for North Wcxford, sneaking at Nenagh, said ho was becoming less optimistic on the questions of Homo Rule, fearing that the Government was overloading itself with franchise and other Bills. Ho regretted that tho farmers who purchased holdings displayed a tendency to drop' out of tho nationalist organisation. . ■•;■■•,.
