WORKERS URGED TO ACCEPT THE ACT. London, January 7. A conference at Glasgow, representing a quarter of a million of workers, is considering the National Insurance Bill. Mr. G. N. Barnes, Labour M.P., urged the conference to accept the Act, which would tend to lessen industrial evils.
