TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially written for The Domikion.l TUESDAY. Stuffed ami roast loin of mutton. Peas. Potatoes. Apricot pudding. Cheese savoury. CEEE.SE SAVOURY. Pour ounces cheese (cut in pieces), half an ounce butter, two tnblespoonfuls thick cream, cayenne to taste, one egi; (beaten). Put all "into a saucepan; keep stirring until it is melted and quite smooth. Then add the stirring quickly. Pour over buttered toast, Serve at once in a hot entreo dish. FOR TO-MORROW. Two pounds steak, one ox kidney, pastry, cabbage, raspberry jam.
