CHARGE OF MURDER
THE IPSWICH CASE: By Tcleirraph—Press Association—Oodjtlblil - Brisbane, January 6. John Gottlieb. Jennor was charged at Hie Police Court with the murder of Annie Holzwait, employed at a boardinghouse at Ipswich, on December 23. The polico evidence was to the effect that Jenner had made a statement that the girl had promised to' marry him, but he was afraid someone else would'marry her, and therefore he cut her throat through jealousy. He added "that if he could not get her hero he would get her "on the other' sid'eD" ■ -The hearing is not yet finished.
